Information Collection and Use

TELAMON COMMUNICATIONS is the sole user of the information gathered at this site. No information will be used, in any way, for commercial purposes or for distribution of advertising materials or for market research or other interactive commercial communication, except by explicit authorization. TELAMON COMMUNICATIONS in accordance and by effect of Law 30 June 2003 N.196, communicates to its end users that personal data provided at the time of purchase and/or during the compilation of the invoice are excluded from the end user's consent in which the data is gathered and retained by consensus of fiscal and legal obligations provided for by law, by regulation and EEC norms and, in any case, for the sole purpose of executing the obligations deriving from the purchase contract which is of interest to the party and/or for the acquisition of necessary contractual data, always and exclusively carried out at the request of the latter (Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003).

Electronic Newsletters, Updates & Reminders

TELAMON COMMUNICATIONS may offer from time to time free, electronic newsletters, updates & reminders as a service to our registrants, based on voluntary subscription. You will only receive a newsletter if you have requested it (This is called opt-in). We do not share our mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers or partners.
