1. MODIFICATIONS TO TELAMONCOM.COM
TELAMON COMMUNICATIONS reserves the right to modify or discontinue
TELAMONCOM.COM with or without notice to you.
2. DEALINGS WITH PARTNERS AND ADVERTISERS
Your correspondence or business dealings with, participation in
promotions, purchase of goods and/or services from TELAMONCOM.COM,
advertisers or sponsors found on or through TELAMONCOM.COM, including
payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms,
conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings,
are solely between you and such partner(s), advertiser(s) or sponsor(s).

TELAMONCOM.COM's provision of a link to any other website or location
is for your convenience and does not signify our endorsement of
such other site or location or its contents.
Information Collection and Use
TELAMON COMMUNICATIONS is the sole user of the information gathered
at this site. No information will be used, in any way, for commercial
purposes or for distribution of advertising materials or for market
research or other interactive commercial communication, except by
explicit authorization. TELAMON COMMUNICATIONS in accordance and
by effect of Law 31 December 1996 N.675, communicates to its end
users that personal data provided at the time of purchase and/or
during the compilation of the invoice are excluded from the end
user's consent in which the data is gathered and retained by consensus
of fiscal and legal obligations provided for by law, by regulation
and EEC norms and, in any case, for the sole purpose of executing
the obligations deriving from the purchase contract which is of
interest to the party and/or for the acquisition of necessary contractual
data, always and exclusively carried out at the request of the latter
(Art. 12, paragraph A and B, L. 675/ 96).
Purchase Order/Request
for Information
The process to purchase or request information requires that user
information be entered into the order form. The user must provide
contact information (name, billing and shipping address, email,
telephone, fax). This information is used for billing purposes in
the case of a purchase and to consign the purhcase or information
to the customer. If any difficulties arise in processing of the
order or request for information, this information will be used
to contact the customer. Please note that credit card information
is not gathered by TELAMON COMMUNICATIONS but is collected directly
by THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, BANCA SELLA, which supports the e-commerce
process.
Electronic Newsletters, Updates & Reminders
TELAMON COMMUNICATIONS may offer from time to time free, electronic
newsletters, updates & reminders as a service to our registrants,
based on voluntary subscription. You will only receive a newsletter
if you have requested it (This is called opt-in). We do not share
our mailing lists with any third parties, including advertisers
or partners.
