What is our story?
We began working with digital sites back in the early 80's
when www was not yet in the world's vocabulary.
What mattered back then, and matters today, was how technologies
were applied to package and distribute information. Understanding
how content was used by people to learn new things, make decisions
and collaborate with others was just as important then as
it is today. In the 80's, the internet was a new media in
the making and to much the same extent, it still is today.
What has changed today is that many of the ways in which we
have been doing business are changing. All of our customers
grew up with computers and expect (yes, expect) that technology
is the driver of information and marketing content. They expect
to use even emerging technologies to satisfy their needs.
For this reason, businesses today need to understand which
technologies best fit their type of business and how best
to use them. Old marketing approaches are finding less and
less room in the minds of today's customers.
